I just had my truck smoged and it passed everything but the evap test. What is evap and will it cost alot to fix it.

What is evap

Its the Evaporative Control System-meaning from the fuel tank thru the plumbing to the charcoal canister. Could be a vent valve/charcoal canister storage/purge control solenoid/ gas cap etc-
