My 1991 Ranger keeps draining my battery because the fuel pump will not shut off. I have to pull the large fuse under the hood to shut it off. What can I do to get it to quit running when I turn the truck off.

You may have a relay stuck closed.
You can try to check if there's current going thru the relay when key is OFF.
Try replacing your fuel pump relay and see if it fixes your problem.
