1991 Ford Ranger Black smoke from tail pipe

Difficult to start, turns over, but acts like it not getting fuel. Once it starts will idle fine, but when you give it HEAVY accellerator it bogs down like it's flooding. I have change plugs, wires, fuel pump, but still same problem.
