my truck says its in four wheel drive but it doesn't kick in. I bought a used Transfer Case Motor from a junk yard and it still dont kick in you have any answers? Very well appreciated :)

Are you getting power to the actuator? Can you hear it engage? IF so, then chances are you have a vacuum problem to the front differential. If I remember correctly, the 91 has vacuum lines near the hub assembly. When you switch to 4wd, vacuum is sent to the axle which actuated a splined sleeve to engage the axle. If there is no vacuum or a leak, the transfer case will work, but the front axle will not engage. Check that and let me know what you find.
