Electrical problem
1990 Ford Ranger 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 185.00 miles

i am trying to find info on the hego sensor on my ranger. Every scematic I find has 4 wires going into a blank box. It shows NO internal connections. There is
one hot with key on
one ground
one orange
one dark green /purple
I need to know what goes to where inside the sensor. I had a ford explorer 1998 that had 4 of them. The upstream units basically would produce.1-.9 volts + (between it and ground) to the computer depending on o2 levels. Does the hego on my ranger act the same way, and what wires go to what. Thanks bunches mike

Dark green/Purple goes to pin 29 of the electronic engine control unit. The Orange goes to pin 49 of the electronic engine control unit. The Orange/black goes to fuse (hot with key on) and the black/light green is ground. Hope that helps.
