I first thought it might be the carburetor,so i replaced it with a new rebuilt, changed the fuel pump, fuel filter. When it will start first time in the morning i can drive it to work & park it. If i don't restart it within 3-5 minutes i have to let it set for about 1-2 hours before it will start again. When it starts I can drive it then and have no problems with it starting the rest of the day. If it fails to kick off on first try when at home the only way it will start is by blowing hot air with blow dryer down the throat of the carburetor for about 15 minutes and it will then start .Once it starts it runs great. Thanks for any and all help.Earl
