1984 Ford Ranger Two Wheel Drive Manual

I have a 1984 ford ranger and I need to replace the starter. I need to purchase one and replace it myself. I would appreciate any pictures, instructions, and advice anyone can give me. Thankyou! Karen

which engine size is this for? 2.3L , 2.8L etc..?

Try cleaning out the idle air control valve and test the throttle position sensor and manifold absolute pressure sensor-

ok how would i clean the idle air control valve? and how would i test the sensors?. i know where the idle air control valve and throttle position sencor is.but could you tell me where the manifold absolute pressure sensor is?
