Hi. I have a 1993 Ford Probe GT with a 1995 Probe GT 2.5L V-6. This engine has about 40,000 miles on it and for some time now the car is difficult to start. The car will crank for 3 or 4 seconds before starting and the check engine light is on. I have changed O2 sensors, ignition, checked plugs and wires, distributor, cap rotor, mass airflow sensor, battery, starter, vacuum lines, etc. Any ideas what could be causing this? The fuel pressure regulator seems to fine, as is the Catalytic convertor. I would appreciate your help! Also, I am putting headers on this car and 2 of the bolts that go into the head are stripped I found when I removed the manifold. Any advice on the cheapest way to fix this?
