1997 Ford Probe Code P1345-Cam Position Sensor

I recently purchased a 1997 Ford Probe GTS. On sunday, 9/20/09, i washed the car and pressured washed the engine like i do on all my other cars without any problems. Well, it stop working on sunday after i pressured washed the engine. I ran a scan and i got the code P1345. What do i do to fix this problem?
