the car heats up to were the engine starts to run rough, heat gauge goes red ,i stop the car and light smoke is rising from hood. water temp fine. oil level fine, oil gauge goes to middle of scale at start up and stays through out the running duration. then falls back to o when car is shut off. this happens after driving only a couple of miles. on a cooler day a little longer before it needs to be shut off to cool down.no smell of antifreeze, but a light smell of hot oil. i just change the oil and filter. i have a dent on the bottom of the oil pan, and i wonder if damege to the oil pickup tube has a curd.
