I've put a new starter,oxygensensor,battery,plugs.wirers,distribetercap and button and it still want turn over.

First if your vehicle doesnt have spark or fuel then it wont start.
You should have bright blue sparks. try starting fluid, if it fires up then dies you are not getting fuel.
