1994 Ford Probe idles rough when stopped

car runs fine starts fine takes off good but when i come to a stop light it idles really rough loke it wants to shut off i relpaced the tps no difference please help

Try cleaning the mass airflow sensor and also the EGR and PCV valves and see what happens
