Heater problem
1990 Ford Probe 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

Can you tell me if my heater fan not working is related to constantly adding water to resevoir?

At first my car would get hot and I noticed my elec. fan wasnt working, I fixed that (was a loose wire) Now my car still runs above the temp it once did but still doesnt overheat, however, I'm constantly adding water. No leaks that I can see, so is it evaporating? not circulating? And now that summer is over, I turned my heater on and no heat or even cold air comes out. Doesnt even make a noise. Is it my themostat or some sensor? or blockage somewhere? HELP PLEASE!! I figured I'd change my themostat or atleast check it lol but I cant even find it!! I have 4cyl with turbo.
