need to find out where heater control valve #18480609 is loc

1989 ford stationwagon. Country Squire. !27,000 mile. No heat. Heater coil heats but does not come into car. New thermostat

If it is a coolant valve, most are located in the inlet heater hose under the hood. If it is a vacuum valve, they are usually located under the dashboard.
