If installing a throttle position sensor do you have to reset your computer. And if so what happens if you don't. Also how can you tell if you have a bad sensor. Like if you bought a new one, is there anyway you can test it?

Shouldn't time frame should be around 10 mins minimum. You may need someone to adjust the computer with the proper equipment.

Check your catalytic converter as well hit it with the side of you hand to listen for any loose peices inside
