Hello my friend has a 2003-4 Ford Explorer with a V-6 engine it has approx 80.000 mls. It started leaking water so I traced the heater hoses to the rear of the engine and could see water leaking out of the metal line which I belive is coming out of the block or Intake??? Cant really see back there. I guess what I need to know is what is this supply line called??? and HOW do i replace it????? Thanks so much, W

its coming from the engine or coming from the engine cab?

the best way to fix it is to take off the hose and examine it for cracks by lightly bending it and checking the metal for defects. if all looks alright use a adjustable hose clamp to tighten it up tight. the factory ones can come loose and dont hold very good.
