Ford fiesta, 1995, 165,000 miles, I replaced the left hand drive, or crank shaft I think you Americans call it, I allowed all the gear oil to drain but now can't find where to put it back in. I know the gear oil goes in somewhere by the selectors, but I just can't find the selectors. If you answer my question I will link you on my website-www.revive.bravehost.com Thanks!

Hey Anthony,
This one looks like a pain to fill! You have to remove the speedometer cable and then the speedo drive unit to fill it to spec. Let us know!

Hey,
It seems we have a component description anomaly here. Did you change the "cv axle".? (That would be the drive axle) on the left side

Thanks for your advice but the speedometor cable is no where near the gear selectors, it is beside the gear selectors that the gear oil should go in.

When you take it out gear oil comes out of the gearbox, it is this gear oil I need to replace.
