estimates on restoring maverick

Hi,
I am planning to buy a 72 ford maverick from my inlaw with a 6 cylinders engine. It has an automatic transmission. It was driving but it has been parked for about 5 years out in the open. My question is, approximately how much will it take to restore the paint and rebuild the engine.

The old saying goes "if you have to ask?" well that's true about cars that old that have sat that long, it sounds like a real restoration project. At the end what do you have? You have a 72 Maverick, not a classic!
