98 ford tarus se 3.o 6cl. 71000 m. heater problems

i have put in new themostat flushed out heater core and it still blows out cold air

An issue a lot of people seem to be having is the waterpump, the internal blades that push the water wear down to the point where the car doesn't overheat, but the water can't be pushed thru the core good enough... this issue years ago was never a problem, just like most now, parts ain't what they used to be..

I got it to work had to take it to my repair man he put lots of pressure through the cooling tank resiivor heats real good hope it lasts What I Don"t under stand is that was the themostat realy bad Thanks for the info.
