2007 Other Ford Models Two Wheel Drive Manual 103000 miles

can a faulty egr valve that has not been repaired properly at 80,000 miles cause the pistons to crumble and cause low compression after 103,000 miles

exhaust gases are just gases they cannot cause a breakdown of your pistons .. the valve itself is nowhere near the pistons .. so we can rule this out to ...i suspect some other cause of your fault ?
