2005 Other Ford Models overheating

engine is overheating quickly,we can see the fire in coolent reservoir(car is ford ikon fliair-india), i had recently change the gasket and radiator fan,please help me out

Did you have the head check for cracks, warp and twist, did you get it re machined, did you use new head bolts?
