2004 Other Ford Models central locking

hi i have problem with central locking. It wont work at all, tested batteries and fuses. The car opens with key manually but if not quick enough the alarm goes off and have to turn on ignition to stop alarm. Any ideas.

You need to have the car scanned. It could be any one of several things. You could also try disconnecting your positive battery cable for two or three minutes, which will reset the computer, and turn the codes off and store them. .........................mickey-d
