how do you diactivate a car alarm on a 1999 Ford Windstar.

Also what does the starting circurt look like, because I think that is preventing the car from starting.

Took it to pepboys and they said the alarm system was preventing the car from working.

the alarm/immoboliser has to be reprogrammed by fords diagnostic computer or equivalent ..
