I have white smoke coming out or my tail pipes. I was told that I have a blown head gasket. How do I change it?

remove the intake plenum,valve cover, exhaust manifold, and head, there are a few other things in there that will have to be removed too. what kind of ford so I can get some more in depth info for you

well i dont know, it all depends how strong you are, because sometimes bolts are stuck or the head is pretty heavy, and you cant have nails and stuff, do you know what i mean, anyone can do it if they are determined
