1997 Other Ford Models double looking system and alarm

Open the passenger door this morning and the alarm started going off i closed the door put the key in and tryed to look it and put the double look on but the double look wouldnt go on i then unloked it again from normal look opened the door and the alarm was still going off i cant get the alarm to stop please can you help? and now the car wont start

Unlock the passengers side door with the key.
