Is the car temp OK and at normal operating temp
if not start by replacing THERMOSTAT
if OK check heater core hoses under the hood two hoses should be hot
is not you need to pull them out and flush heater core by running water and compressed air throw one out the other and vise versa
if hot its the blend door under dash you need to check
