I have a 1994 Ford Granada 2.9i Ghia V6 which is automatic.
The problem is with the Rev "tachometer" counter in regards to the needle moving anti-clockwise and starts at 7000rpm's and goes up to 3000rpm's. Sometimes if you "rev" the engine hard, the needle goes back to normal then will act crazy moments later.
Does this mean that I need to purchase a new tachometer or could it be an electrical problem as someone has suggested it could be the +/- contacts on the ignition coil?
Any help would be gratfully apreciated.
Regards
