Battery keeps draining and the ingnition lights stay on when you turn the engine off .

Adjust or replace the ignition switch, this is the plastic part, not the key! It's attached to the column with 2 5/16th screws, loosen them, and watch the lights, retighten screws when lights go out, then test all key positions...
