1989 Other Ford Models Mat or Map Sensor

I have a Merkur Scorpio and it is runnning rough. The gas milage has went down. Could it be due to a Mat or Maf sensor. I dont know what type of sensors this car has. It does have new plugs rotor and so for a tune up.

Check the fuel pressure then inspect and test the idle speed conttrol motor/valve,throttle position sensor, EGR valve if it has one
