1989 Other Ford Models fuel pump relay

im trying to replace the fuel filter in my 1989 Ford country squire wagon. I need to depressurize the fuel system first and cant find the fuel pump relay. Can someone please tell me where it is and how to shut off the fuel pump? Thank you
