1988 Other Ford Models knock in Ford 5.0 motor around front

What would cause a knocking sound in the lower part of my Lincoln T/C 5.0 around the front in the oil pan.
The only time you can hear it is when you outside the car not while driving,but have developed a vibration while driving

with engine running pull one spark plug wire listen to see if the noise stops when wire is removed replace wire and repeat with all wires if sound changes let me know
