1987 Other Ford Models engin not running smoothly

When the engining is running (idling) and qear is in neutral possition engine runs smoothly. but when the gear is engauged and car is stationary using brakes, engine does not run smoothly. At this moment I pulled out the plugs and I notice one cylinder is not working. so I change all the plugs but still the problem is there. I like to repair it by my self Could any give me some guidence to do that.

You will have to astatine why the cylinder is not firing, you will have to check compression, spark and fuel (is it injected) find out what is failing to occur and we will take it from there.
