Heater problem
1981 Other Ford Models V8

The heater core has gone out in the 1981 Econoline 100 van. We have removed every bolt and screw that we can see or feel. It still won't come out. What are we missing?

it's been so long i almost forget. If this has a/c you might have to disconnect the a/c as well to change it. there also may be clips around the heater core box holding it iin. Also the heater hoses have to be disconnected as well.......
