Engine Performance problem
1980 Other Ford Models 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 800 hr miles

I have a 1980 Go Tract, I changed the water pump,
thermostat, and all lines.
I can not stop this engine from running hot.
Please advise me on this.

never heard of a Go tract lol. But if you are overheating, then shut the engine off when it is hot and if an electric fan, unplug it. place your hand on different areas of the radiator. it should feel the same temps all over the surface. if there are any cold or cool spots the radiator will need to be recored or replaced. It could be a head gasket , but i kind of doubt that. actually if it just goes towards the hot area but actually isn't on hot then it may be a sending unit/gage problem.
