Engine Performance problem
1977 Other Ford Models V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

all smogger stuff is off engine, 351M I want to hook up egr for a cooler running engine. new egr valve.
hook vacuum to it through new vacuum temp switch. car stalls. vacuum from intake car stalls.
runns great with egr blocked off ? any imput ??

Try using ported vacuum above the throttle plate instead of full manifold vacuum
