1965 Other Ford Models brake drum

How do I remove the brake drum on my 65' ford f600? I have the left rear off already. that side is the usual set up. it has a big wheel nut that you hit off with a chisel. but the right side is completely different looking. can you help??

that side should be the same, it probably has the locking washer bent over thenut.
