NEED HELP WITH CLUNKING NOISE ON MUSTANG

i have a 01 bullitt gt 5 speed with 39,000 miles. when i start off in 1st i hear a clunking noise coming from the rear of my car. it almost sounds like something banging on the bottom of my trunk. it seems like it does it more when i turn, but im not for sure. any help would be great. thanks

It might be the driveshaft U-joint or since you said when you turn maybe even the limited slip is messed up somehow. if the rear axle has a leak it could get worse.
