I just recently bought a 1998 ford mustang gt v8 4.6 liter with 100,000 miles on it. And it needs a new fuel pressure regulator. When we went to replace it we couldnt find it anywhere on the car, we dont know if we bought the wrong part because it doesnt look like anything on the car. I need help! Could anything explain to me where to find it one the car or if they know a good website that has diagrams of the car.

I'll see if I can get you to the right place.
ok I take it you have found the fuel rail? Look for the injectors they will have a two wire plug attached to them. The fuel pressure regulator it attached the begining of the fuel delivery rail look for the fuel lines attached to the rail there will be a round cyclinder looking thing at the begining of the rail with a red vaccum line attached to it. That is your regulator most times they are at the back of the motor just trace the rail down you'll find it  (NOS)

PS what makes you think you need fuel pressure reg?
