ahrd to startr and sluggish

2002 ford mustang, unit is hard to start and once started it is sluggish upon accelleration. Took to the ford dlr and they stated fuel pump nand possible fuel rail pressure sensor. I am not to sure on their analisys. can I please have your opinion, I am thinking more towards the IAC

Check the coolant temperature and throttle position sensors and MAP/BARO sensor-could also be a fuel pressure problem like they said.
