This problem just started today, but I have to rather push or pop my shifter back into park. I have no trouble taking it out of park or moving it into any other gears on the shifter, only when I go to but it back into park. I am worried that this could be a severe transmission or gearbox issue and am wondering how I can resolve this issue before any real damage is done to the car. I hope that you can assist me with this issue.

Hi there,

This may just be an adjustment issue, i would get a dealer to check this out ASAP just to be sure.
