For the past few weeks, when I drive at night and any light hits my windshield (headlights, street lights, etc), the light streaks across with a 3 dimensional effect. I tried cleaning the outside and inside, and it seems to have gotten worse.

No, I did not try cleaning with alcohol, but I am going to try it! I cleaned with windex liquid, then I tried windex foam, with no results.

dont be afraid of using a whole bottle of rubbing alcohol, and a roll of paper towels.

vinegar is a good glass cleaner too, but it smells funky for weeks after.
