i own a 2004 ford mustang, which used to be a state police car. Recently i found a gray box underneath the dash by the fuse box. It has wires coming from it and has "mass state police -- no buzzer" written on it and i honestly am not sure what it does. It has an on/off switch and is currently turned to the on position. What does this do and could it be the reason my car doesn't shift out of park while turned on? Thanks.
