Hi,

I turned my car off last night for about two minutes. It wouldn't start just a moment later. When I turned the key there was just a clicking, but nothing else. It took a jump, and I left it running for a few when I returned home. It died while sitting, running in my driveway.

I just replaced the battery two months ago when I having a similar problem (though the key would take a jump and continue running).

This leads me to believe that it's not the battery. Does it sound like it could be the alternator?

yes sounds like the alternator ...

GENERATOR NO-LOAD TEST
Connect a voltmeter positive lead to terminal B+ on generator and negative lead to ground. Start and run engine at 2000 RPM, with all accessories off. Read voltmeter when voltage stabilizes. Voltage should be 13-15 volts.
