2003 Ford Mustang RPM goes low when at a stop

I just got my car back from the dealer. They changed the IAC valve, coil pack and spark plugs. I noticed that when I came to a stop this morning my cars RPM went really low once (almost like it was going to stall) and then went back up. What else can I possibly do to fix this? I just spent a lot of $ on the above repairs.

I have the same prob on my 03 v6. And it idles rough but drives fine but gets bad gas mileage. Ive changed my plugs and wires. New Idle air control valve and cleaned my mass air flow sensor and cleaned the throttle body and new pcv valve. And the only thing ive found that could be the cause is my 02 sensors but im not throwing any codes but ive posted my prob too so look for it to be answered.
