2003 Ford Mustang V8 Automatic 122000 miles

my car runs hot when the A/C is on and has a foul odor. When the A/C is off, it's fine. Could this be the heater core?

Hi there,

This is mold and mildew build up in the vents due to a possible partly blocked drain tube, have this cleared and you can get a dedicated treatment to spray in the vents to kill the mold, your local parts outlet should carry this.
