My old battery drained while driving. The radio went dead and then the car quit running. No power to turn engine over. Would not jump start. Replaced battery, still no kick from starter. Did low battery burn up starter. Car will push start and run fine now with new battery. Thank you for any help!

You need to use a test light and check for power at the small wire on the starter while key is in crank position. If no power, problem lies elsewhere, if it has power, the starter is bad
