2001 Ford Mustang hard to start

My mustang has always started right up with no problem. Now it just grinds for a few seconds before it will start. It is worse in cold weather. Just replaced the battery so thats not it.

If you're hearing a grinding noises while cranking over the engine best check the starter motor-
