2001 Ford Mustang Brake pedal goes to the floor when stoppi

I have a 2001 mustang gt that I recently replaced rotors and pads on the front and the back. Now the pedal seems to go to the floor when stopping at highway speeds and feels soft at slower speeds. The master cylinder is to the full mark and there are no noticable leaks. I did notice that the pads where not wore evenly on the front when replaced. How can you check to see if the caliper is going bad?

HI there,

I would be thinking that the master cylinder is by-passing fluid internally. under light pressure the fluid id leaking past the primary cup, when heavy pressure is applied the extra pressure helps seal the fluid from by-passing,
