1999 Ford Mustang why does it shake?

I recently purchased a used "99 mustang, mileage is high, i've been noticing a little squealing noise, and thought it was the breaks since it began when I would come to stop, and I had someone recommend replacing the "master cylinder" its been replaced and seems to of made it worst, it shakes violently now, what else is recommended?

I dont quite understand you but seems maybe when u use ur brakes it shakes?Well if u feel it shaking in the pedal and even maybe steering wheel then u will need to machine the front rotors or buy new ones. If rotors have enough life yet u can just machine them and it will be cheaper if not then new ones. Good luck.
