1999 Ford Mustang fuel pump

My Gt won't start? It doesn't throw a code. But if I spray starting fluid in it it will run then die once it uses the fluid up. The red button for the shut off in trunk is Ok.

Check the fuel pressure if its within specs if okay -check the injectors are pulsing

It has that pressure valve on the motor. I had someone crank motor and stuck a nail in it and no gas came out.
